    Trouble logging in to old account on friends Xbox One


    I need to get acces to an old Xbox One account I created on my friends Xbox One. The name of the account is YoungGolf533923 but I can't remember the password attached to it. The account has a 78 hour Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain save attached to it.

    I REALLY NEED TO FINISH THAT GAME ! ! !

    When I go through the process of retrieving the account, a code is sent to the email address attached to the account. Problem is, I don't know what that email is and the message writes the email address with some of the letters replaced by asterixes ****
    so I can't see which email I'm supposed to look through.

    Then there's the system where I'm asked to type in a series of letters and numbers. I do this correct every single time and it just keep coming up with a new row.

    Dear Support, please please help me.....

    This item cannot be transferred between profiles

    I'm borrowing my friends xbox 360, and I logged in to my xbox account. I started up Red Dead on the Xbox One, but my saves were not there, so I went to transfer my red dead saves to the cloud on the 360. I'm logged in to the account that bought the game, but it still gives me the error message.

    you misunderstand i was at my friends house i tried to log in on there xbox but the thing said i had to make a new email cause the old one was people pc so i made a outlook account and i then added it to the xbox and my games were gone

    MS support asked me to log into my account.

    They gave me a link that listed all my devices once I logged in.

    My WIn 10 laptop was listed.

    So we're my 2 Xboxes.

    The old black Xbox One.

    And also my new whitebXbox One S.

    MS support got me to delete the old black Xbox One from my account.

    They said that will sort the issue of the old console logging in automatically.

    My problem now is the gamer points.
