Trouble Loading MW3 Spec. Ops Chaos

A few days ago I purchased collection 3 chaos pack for mw3 then I downloaded it. When I loaded mw3 and went to play Spec. Ops Chaos I got a message saying, "ENTER MULTIPLAYER AND LAUNCH THE STORE TO PURCHASE NEW GAME CONTENT." I thought CHAOS mode was unlocked
when I purchased collection 3 chaos pack. If there's something I'm missing please let me know.

Is Chaos addon worth $15?

At $15, the Chaos Pack includes 3 Faceoff maps, 4 Spec Ops maps and Spec Ops Chaos. But if you insist on thinking that it's all about Chaos mode, see this and judge for yourself if it's worth your money.:

Well under revolutionizing changes, I was talking about Chaos Mode.

Survival is just a variation of Zombies from Black Ops, and Spec Ops is Spec Ops.

Not a huge fan of specs ops but chaos is a great addition. Quick, simple, and action packed.

I disagree. I play Spec Ops with multiple friends, both missions and survival. I haven't played Chaos yet, but will.
