I can see that you are having trouble reinstalling your game. This issue may be caused by a corrupted download or a network interruption. Here are some steps you can try to fix it:



- Pause and resume the download. This may refresh the connection and resume the installation.

- Clear the local saved games. This will free up some space and remove any potential conflicts with the game data. To do this, go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

- Restart your console. This will clear the cache and reset the network settings. To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller until the power menu appears, then select Restart console.

- Try installing the game offline. This will bypass any network issues and install the game from the disc. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Go offline, then insert the disc and start the installation.

- If none of these steps work, you may need to reset your console. This will erase all your data and settings, so make sure you back up your games and profile to the cloud or an external drive before doing this. To do this, go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console, then choose Reset and keep my games & apps.

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

I don't know why it's not working, but there is a possible fix to get the game installed. The method is to use the Network tool to transfer a copy the game from his brother's console his own.

This guide explains
how.

It does not matter if the game on the other console was installed via disc or a digital download. As long as your redeemed code was valid, the game should work after the transfer is completed.

If you have a copy of the game on disc

If the other copy of the game was obtained via disc and the console you want to install it to has a optical drive
(i.e. not an Xbox S all digital), you can install the game with this disc on this console too. As I said before, as long as the code you redeemed was a valid UK code, the game will work and you won't need to keep the disc in the drive on this
machine.

So on my xbox it says that my fifa 21 is installed and that no updates are present, but as soon as i load it up it guves me the screen that says it is currently at 0% Installation, ive restarted my xbox numerous times and have even re installed
the game but nothing seems to allow me to play the game.

Estou com o mesmo problema. O pior é que tento entrar em contato com o suporte e infelizmente não tem opção de atendimento para esse problema e ainda não consigo falar com alguém do suporte..
