Trouble initiating download for already purchased content

Hello,

I have already troubleshooted for all possible network problems: my network connection is working fine, as is my connection to Xbox live. I recently traded in my xbox for repair and received a new one all under warranty. My new xbox, however, simply won't download
any of the games I have already purchased on the marketplace (and which were all downloaded without incident on my previous console). I have been trying to download my copy of Fifa 14 for the last hour -- the download simply won't start! I've tried initiating
it from home and now I am trying directly from the marketplace. This is absolutely frustrating and makes me, as a consumer, feeling immensely disrespected.

Affected services: Download already purchased content

Hello! I bought my windows phone (lumia 720) 2 years ago. And I can't use xbox services on it. ERROR IS "Affected services: Download already purchased content."
What I need to do to solve the problem?

 

''Can't Download'' on demand tittles

Not related to the first message of this thread, but i purchased Red Dead Redemption yesterday, it was downloading and as soon as it hit 100% it said "Can't download". Tried deleting it, clearing system Cache and repeated, same issue. It says they are having
trouble downloading already purchased content since yesterday, so i'll wait for that to be resolved and try again today.

 

Go to Settings and at the bottom of the left column you should see a reference to Home Xbox, click that and make sure it is set to this new console.

Then go to My Games & Apps > Games and all the way on the right there should be a grey pane, with all your previously-downloaded titles. Click on FIFA, for example, and it should ask whether you want to re-download and/or install. Select that and wait a
few seconds for it to appear in the queue (can navigate to queue on the left-hand side in My Games & Apps).
