Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

We greatly appreciate your interest in the E3 2018 MixPot rewards. At this time, all users who watched the E3 2018 Xbox Press Conference live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should have had their rewards
unlocked. Unfortunately, quantities were limited, so that could be why you never received them.

Missing Mixpot Rewards

Hello,

I have not received the Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ Pack from the Microsoft E3 2018 Mixpot. I have received all other rewards from the Mixpot.

Please let me know if there is anything else that you need from me.

You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to find the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" & the "Forza Horizon 4 Limited Edition Festival
Tee (White)" attached to your account.

If you see that content there, you are all set!
