Trouble Game Sharing using two PC's within the Xbox App

I have games pass for PC and bought the Witch Queen Expansion for Destiny 2 on my PC. Now, Games Pass games can be played together with my friend on her own PC. I own everything, she is added as family and it's sharing the games pass games fine, but purchased content isn't sharing. I have already activated her PC's Xbox app for offline enabled, changed the Microsoft Store to my account that owns the bought content, and her Xbox account is logged in on her PC, but she has no access to my purchased games. I am looking for a solution to game sharing? I know Steam doesn't allow same-time game share, and it was my understanding that same-time game sharing is allowed on xbox. I am struggling to find a solution, if any, to this? Playstation allows same-time game sharing easy, but I can't find a solution for the Xbox app on PC. I used to be able to buy one game on PS4 and we'd both have it at the same time together. Any help for the Xbox app side to this? Can one digital purchase be used at the same time for two accounts? (I miss the split screen days lol). Thank you!

I'm afraid that isn't possible. Gamesharing for purchased games only works on Xbox. PCs don't support that feature yet.

you can share all pc gamepass games within the home on multiple pc's too, i do this for my kids all the time with their own accounts, you have been able to share pc gamepass games since the beginning same as all apps and games purchased within the store.

It is actually better than console as i can share on 5 gaming pc's without any issues.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues downloading a new game. Please know that you installing recently released games within Xbox App on PC is one of the known issues for today.

Xbox App (PC)

Players experiencing issues updating games within the Xbox App on PC
- Some recently released games on the Xbox App for PC are not reflecting the correct update. If you encounter an issue updating a game within the Xbox app or indicates that an update is required, but the Xbox app does not show one available, use the Windows 10 Store to download and install the update.
- To Update your game Via the Windows Store, click on this link for guidance. Get updates for apps and games in Microsoft Store
- After your games finish updating, launch the Xbox App on PC, and your game should now launch normally from within the Xbox App

I'm not sure but if you and your wife are using two seperate PCs then I don't think Gamepass sharing for PC is an option. I'm not 100% sure on this but if it's like game sharing on the Xbox then you would need to use the same machine.
