Trouble finding a game I just purchased

We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Once confirmed perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

Then go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned Games.

i have just purchased minecraft and would love to find others that play this. im having some trouble figuring the game out if you wouldnt mind giving me a hand then feel free to add me.

You would have to find the specific game in question in the Xbox store and locate the specific DLC you're having trouble with and purchase it from there.

I've purchased games from the online store with my MS account by just accessing store.xbox.com

What I seem to have trouble with is finding DLC and add-ons via the store. Guess that's a good thing. I am a horrible impulse buyer. That's how I ended up with the Xbox one in the first place

Hey there Piggzy! Was there any other error message or code with this failure? Have you tried simply deleting the partial file, clearing the cache, and downloading it again? You can also try connecting your console directly to the modem with an ethernet
cable to improve connection speeds. Also ensure any other devices sharing the network are disconnected for maximum speeds to the console. Let us know how that goes, thanks!
