TROUBLE : Connecting Microsoft account to my Xbox One

Hello, I'm having trouble connecting my Microsoft account to my Xbox One. I am yet connect to the internet. Having already done a test, the speed of my internet connection is normally enough for an optimal Xbox experience. I then thought that
it could come from my account, but no because it works perfectly on a computer. So I completely removed my account from my Xbox One to be able to reconnect but it did not work. Thank you for your consideration.

Xbox Troubles

Hi I am having trouble with my Xbox One. When we got Wi-Fi the people told us to reset my Xbox because we were having trouble connecting. And I lost my previous account and all my game progress. Is there anyway I can get it back?

Sorry to hear it. Please make sure that you're entering the email and password correctly. You could also try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If all else fails try a factory
reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

I suggest you
change your password right now, and then see if the new password works on your Xbox.

Changing the password is always the best first step if you notice something strange happening, account-wise.

If you're still having trouble, then I'm guessing next that your Xbox
could be having issues connecting to the Xbox Live sign-in servers. Follow the trouble-shooter article and see if that helps.

Network Connection OK

Cleared Cache and Cookies on Internet Browser.

Tried Firefox. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK, Signed in Microsoft Store. Blank Screen, Clicked Search, no response.

Tried Edge. Unable to sign on, all I get is waiting response.

Tried Crome. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK. Microsoft Store, same trouble as Firefox.

Able to sign on to my Microsoft Account with my ANDROID mobile, Managed to download and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

The trouble seems to be with my PC.

I have no trouble with other websites.

There was something wrong with Xbox Live sometime ago. Go to your PC and go to Xbox/Status. Sign in with your Xbox or Microsoft Account. I got the same problem when I was testing my network connections. My Xbox said that there was no problem with my connection
but there is a problem at the Microsoft end. And I did check Microsoft and they are having troubles with purchases and subscriptions. I think it has something to do with that or the problem may be a result of the people at Microsoft trying to fix it.

But now I got my Xbox going.
