    Trouble changing gamertag


    I am trying to change my gamertag, but I keep getting an error when it is time to pay. The money has been added to my account and everything is in good standing. I have tried on my ipad and laptop-same message every time ("We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.") What else can I do?
