Trouble buying Battlefield 4.

I loved Battlefield 3 but never had enough money for my own copy, now that 4 is out I figure why not go for it now that I have some funds. I go to the listing on the marketplace only to find the options are rate and pin, nothing else. I wait it out for a
month, hoping it will cure itself as it is one of the most popular FPS's ever made. Apparently that was stupid, I see no one else reporting the same problem but I have tried the listing on three different consoles, only to get the same result. I eventually
decided to try Battlefield 3's listing, and I find the same thing is happening to this listing rate and pin only, with the "Multiplayer: Online" detail adjacent to the options, confirming that it is still supported. I have never heard of this from anyone else,
but I even had my brother look it up on his account to see the same result; so exactly what am I going through here?

I appreciate the responses. I was looking more into info about this being a known problem. I am just worried the.problems will persist over to next gen. Im not to worried about it happenig on my 360 really. Since xbox one is out next friday. I just hope
this carries over.

 

The games are definitely still supported, but they're just not available for purchase through the Live marketplace. You'll have to purchase it on disc.
