    Evening all,

    i have cod mw2019 installed and the disc in the xbox one but it isn’t letting me boot mw2019 it takes me straight into warzone case it is now known as warzone caldera, i have everything installed and won’t even consider booting mw how do i resolve this, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and i’ve tried the old british thing of off and on again

    Go to "My Apps & Games", select the game and press the more options button. From the list, select "Manage Games and Addons" and see if everything is installed

    Please can you try turning off your Xbox and unplugging everything from it. Then wait for about 10 to 15 seconds. Plug everything back in and try turning it on again.

    If that does not work, please check at https://support.xbox.com if there is any Service Alert for your region.
