    hello, i am having problem with my shop on xbox one, i can not but much less download games. here it says everything is normal but does not open the page with the description of the games, comments and ratings, videos of the game... you don't show up to
    buy the games. it says there are apps in trouble, but this should have been soved, because it has been like this since the day 07/11/2017.

    suspension

    i was suspended for my friends cussing at someone but thr other guy started it then i was sent 2 suspensions the first one stated tht it was for 7hrs but then i received another one stating tht i was suspended for a week and i dont think tht is right
    so can someone please contact me so we can resolve this matter
