Trouble approving purchase for my son's account

My son was trying to buy vbucks on fortnite. First I tried to approve it an accidentally purchased them on my account and then I saw an email looking for approval from my son's request. When I clicked on that it brought me to microsoft and said that i
had to deposit money into his account for him to be able to make the purchase. I did that and the money showed up in his account. He then tried to make the purchase and it said that he still needed my appoval and that a request was sent, but no request comes?
So i'm not sure how to approve.

Oddly the vbucks i accidentally purchased aren't showing up in my account either. In both instances i can see that i was charged the $9.99

While I'm not sure if this is the proper page to help you out, you might want to try and ask for a new code. Since you have verification of purchase, that might work out. Again, this may not work but it doesn't help to try.

I don't think i ever got a code? I put $10 on my son's account so he could buy vbucks on fortnite and it tells him that it's going to ask me for permission but isn't doing it.

This is getting very frustrating. I used it for my son to purchase things but it came to my phone for approval.

Now I've had to enter in a credit card number and there's no approval needed.

Hi Erik!

Using your account as the organizer, go to https://family.microsoft.com/ and click on your son's account. Please turn off the 'Ask to buy' or 'Require approval' of his purchases.

Once turned off, go back to your son's account and purchase again the subscription.

My child has been using an adult account to play Xbox, make purchases (approved by parents), etc. I'd like to transfer all purchase history, Fortnite account, etc. to my son's Microsoft account. How do I do this?

You cant unfortunately. Nothing is transferable between accounts.
