    Trouble after xbox system restart


    Hi, after restarting my xbox I find myself unable to connect to the ea servers on my account also being unable to access my epic games account Aswell as this my game pass subscription has disappeared even though it's part of my xbox live subscription and won't let me run my game pass games Can anyone help in resolving this issue?

    Xbox one won't connect to live

    Had the same problem after restarting 20-30 times I am now downloading a massive 2gb system update, guessing there was a bit of trouble their end.

    UPTADE FAILED..

    Are you just having trouble getting the update or did you delete your profile?

    If you lost/deleted your profile try the "Recover Gamertag" option.

    If your update fails after recovering your profile try the following...

    Settings -> System ->Storage -> hit "Y" on Hard Drive -> select "Clear System Cache"

    Restart your console after that and see if the update takes.

    Arranged for return under warranty, just to recap, it wont update online, it will update offline, then after no other issues playing games etc, will restart if set to always on, it wont restart after a full shut down, the xbox one x intro movie doesn't
    play, goes straight to trouble shoot screen.

    Try
    clearing your cache     and restarting after deleting the unfinished download. Then redownload it.
