    Trouble adding a credit card.


    I'm having issues adding a credit card as a payment option because the post code of the billing address is too long to fit in the allotted space. My account was set up in The Netherlands but now i have Turkish billing address and the post code requires 9
    characters(including a space) and the form will only allow me 8. I've tried changing my region to Turkey but that doesn't help.

    I've also tried using the Support pages of the website and fruitlessly tried to contact support but that part of the website is utterly ineffectual as i can't get through enough of the drop down menus to contact anyone.

    Any ideas anyone?

    getting the dreaded: Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.

    Try logging off and logging back in. Make sure that your credit card has sufficient funds to make your purchase.

    Also, try removing the card and re-adding it if troubles continue.

    My bank (Ukrainian PrivatBank) opens virtual card for only using it with internet stores or markets, and that card has expiration period up to 2023 year. Finally I've found the valid url on nonlocalized site to add a card with such expiration period, but
    both xbox and localized site have no ability to add that card.
