    Trouble activating a game code

    Sorry to hear it. Was the console brand new or used? What happens when you try to redeem the code? If you haven't been trying you can redeem the code on the console by tapping the guide button on the console and scrolling over then selecting Redeem Code
    option.

    If that doesn't work please post back with the error code that is posted.

    Are you having trouble with entering the code in and having it be accepted or is it that you entered the code and see nothing on your account?

    Please do not post your code here no matter the answer.

    However, I have seen that others who've had a global code such as yours had a bit of a delay before it activated. If you've redeemed it please give it 24-48 hours to activate on your account.
