    Trouble Accessing to NBA2k20


    We have a game pass and we can't play NBA2K20 because we get the message

    "You do not meet the requirements to have a MyPLAYER Account and play online"

    2k support says it is a microsoft setting issue but I can't resolve it.

    Any ideas?

    Try reinstalling the game. Sometimes during download data gets lost or disturbed. Anothe option is factory set your system
