    Trouble accessing sections of Windows 10 Games


    Hello,

    I've been having trouble accessing parts of Windows 10 Games such as Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong. When I'm signed in with my Live ID, I cannot access the "normal mode" of the games (choosing puzzles/difficulties/game modes), but I can access
    the Daily Challenges.

    This wasn't always the case. When I first started playing these games last month, I had access to the full working game. There was an update to the Xbox app, and suddenly I couldn't access the main part of the games.

    Strangely enough, I had an unspecified sign-in error yesterday; the game wouldn't automatically sign me in with my Live ID. During the time I wasn't signed in, I could access the full version of all my games. When I restarted my computer, the error went
    away, the app signed me in, and I could no longer access the full version of the games. I asked over in the Xbox app forum; they sent me to you.
