Trivial Pursuit Live - Unable to play online Xbox 360

Hi, has anyone else downloaded Trivial pursuit live on 360 and are able to play online? Theres just no option for me to play online its quite annoying I want to know if it is happening to others. I was also charged €14.99 when it only costs €9.99 but I got
in touch with xbox and they said they can refund the difference but that they will have to contact the game developers to see about the online issue. I hope its sorted soon because its boring and pointless playing with AI.

Trivial Pursuit Live!

^^ You can play with your wife using only 1 controller. Heck, you can play with up to 4 players all on one controller.

The timer is quick enough that it won't be an issue for those modes and it has some modes that require some speed where your competing for the right answer with the other players.

That’s not true because up until August 10th which is the most recent time I played trivial pursuit specifically and I never needed Xbox live gold or anything to play any of my games online.
