    Triple Feature Reward not given


    For January I completed the Triple Feature Reward where you rent 3 movies, however, I was not awarded credit for the last movie I rented, and therefore did not get my points nor the MyVIP Gems. I had rented the following movies:

    Atomic Blonde - Jan 1 - Punchcard Received

    Lucky Logan - Jan 6 - Punchcard Received

    Blade Runner 2049 - Jan 26 - Punchcard Not Received

    So because I never got the punchcard for Blade Runner, I was not awarded the points or the gems. I'm hoping someone could look into this and correct the issue for me.

    Rewards not coming through

    I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

    I have completed:

    Microsoft Films and TV-Triple Feature

    Microsoft Films and TV-Movie Marathon

    Freedom Rewards-Free Pass

    Freedom Rewards-Free Ride

    Freedom Rewards-One-Two-FREE Punch

    Without recognition or reward.

    Microsoft Rewards - Triple Feature Mission - Did Not Received Credit

    I did not receive the 1,000 Rewards Credit and 5MyVIP Gems for completing the Triple Feature mission, for the month of January. According to the MyMission FAQ's, the Rewards Credit and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each
    specific offer yet I do not see anything pending on my statement history.

    Because you rented Blade Runner 2049 after Jan 23 they haven't received any info about that rental because there is something wrong with their system since that date and they are trying to figure out how to fix it. At least that is what I was told 3 days
    ago since my final rental was on Jan 23 for the Movie Marathon Mission for January & I posted about it on the 29th & the 30th and was told that the problem would be fixed soon but I'm still waiting for my 3,000 points & my gems.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
    see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
    this delay. We see that we have caught up with that purchase, and the Credits for that offer are now pending in your account.

    The triple play reward will be added to your Live Reward pending points (in the reward section) sometimes early May and will be credited to your Xbox Live account within a period of 45 business days afterwards.
