    I was trying to update my gamertag on my old xbox and my account got charged 5 times even though i never got a name change. I just kept getting an error, but I still got charged everytime. I have one pending refund for $9.99 but the other charges were
    not refunded. Please help

    Hi, naming & shaming Gamertags is not allowed on here, please file a complaint through the Xbox 360 and it will be reviewed.

    Did you received these charges at the same time?
    Exists the possibility that these charges are just an authorization hold if you ordered the console recently

    Usually the charge disappears once the console is shipped (when the console is shipped you receive the real charge)

    If you don’t mind, please try waiting until the console ships and check your bank app
    If the other charges are still there please reach Microsoft support

    Just a update. I did found it. I had to scroll (download history xbox 360) 2012 I just wish microsoft made it so the download history was more easy to get. Because that was tough. Saw a lot of (no longer available)

    Error 80151103 cant download Live profile

    So I tried to download my Xbox Live profile again, and got the same error message. Just to recap, Ive deleted the gamer profiles from my Xbox 360 console and then:

    1. Deleted the system cache 3x

    2. Select "Download Profile"

    3. Enter my recently updated Microsoft account info and updated password

    - Note this same MS account user name and password works fine via the PC browser on the xbox live website

    4. Once I enter the MS account name/password it shows my recently updated Gamertags (2 accounts listed under our Gold family pack subscription... so it seems like the account login is working correctly and it knows this is my Xbox live account and these
    are the gamer profiles to download

    5. I select the main/primary xbox live account to download (this is the primary account gamertag)

    6. Displays: "Hi <gamertag> ... downloading profile....

    7. After 5-10 seconds I get this error:

    "Sorry Xbox Live profiles cant be downloaded at this time. Try again later ... 80151103"

    I cant believe this keeps failing. What am I missing here? Very frustrating
