    tried to reset password to many times and now have to wait 24 hours -don't want to do that...


    want to move account from xbox one to xbox series and i tried all night to reset the password which iv'e had the account awhile and dont remember the password but it has locked me out for 24 hours and i don't really want to wait that long to just get locked out again.

    Don't worry we will work on this together. I really can feel you here however the lock is part of the account's security and you really be needing to wait if it's locked out.

    Yes i was blocked because i tried to many password and i have tried the form 12 times and they just deny it even after waiting 24 hours and same with password

    I tried reseting my password many time but it keeps saying it is not enough information for them to reset my account.i have no clue what to do and i dont want to lose my account ive spent many days playing on it. :(
