Since you mentioned that the shark card contents don't show up in-game, kindly confirm the status of the purchases by signing in to account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you were charged for the shark cards.

If the purchases don't show up, this might mean that they were accidentally purchased on a different account. Please check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that you have accidentally purchased the shark cards to one of their accounts.

Hi I purchased the shark card in the Microsoft store and it did go through as my bank as confirmed the money as gone out of my bank.

I tried to go on the store and it says I do not own it. I also tried to look at my order history for gta v and it is not there at all. The closest thing to GTA V is a purchase for a Bull Shark Card for GTA which obviously shows I owned it at the time.

My son made 2 purchases of cash cards in GTA on his XBox one that haven't shown on his account.

These were purchased on 1st January and I've been trying for weeks to contact Microsoft via Live Chat/Call Back but failed every time! Each time I request a call back it just states there has been an error and to try again. It's getting beyond a joke that I can't communicate with anybody so thought I'd try posting to the community in case anyone can help. I've tried everything it advises in the self help sections.

The first purchase was for 'GTA Online: Great White Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £11.99 and the other for 'GTA Online: Bull Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £5.99, not huge sums to lose I appreciate but it's the principle of paying for something that we haven't received!

Looking at the purchase receipt, it does state that they are for series X/S but my son has an Xbox One so may be a compatibility issue.

I'd just like to arrange for these transactions to be reversed if anyone can help point me in the right direction?

That is definitely the issue. As far as I am aware, the shark cards for the series X/S will only work with the Series X/S version of the game.
