Tried to purchase Fallout 4 and it Decided to give me Halo 5... Again.

So I bought and downloaded Halo 5 with a CC, and two hours later redeemed a code, and bought Fallout 4. Yes I am 100% sure that I selected the Fallout 4 pre-order tile and not the Halo 5, as Halo 5 isn't even in "coming soon" anymore. Please change my latest
Halo 5 purchase to Fallout 4 somehow. Pretty upset that this happened.

Missing Achievements

Hi !

I played 3 games Halo 5, Fallout 4 and Forza Horizon 2. But it was offline, (no achievements) and now that I'm online I don't got any achievement.

I thought that going online will resolve the problem, but it doesn't. There are many achievements that I won't to do again, especially in Halo 5 and Fallout 4, I crossed these games without getting any achievement, and I've done Halo in Legendary difficulty.
