Tried to play my bowling game and it didn't load up all my saved progress it made me start...

It is the PBA bowling 2021 for the Xbox one and I used the same account and console and I play it every day almost. It just started this about 3 days ago

Thanks for confirming. Does it happen to that game alone? Are your other games working fine with no issue?

Let's try to delete the game's local save:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you're connected to the Xbox service.

May I know exactly the device/platform are you using to play the game? Is it the "PBA Pro Bowling" game specifically?

When was the last time you played it? Did you use the same device and the same account to play it on?

You may as well check your game achievements from https://account.xbox.com/Profile to confirm that.

After loading the game my cloud save did bring back all of my progress. Try loading up the game again and make sure it is syncing to your account that your progress had been made on.

Has the campaign been fixed yet so it saves your progress yet?

Ive tried to go through the campaign twice and twice tried to load my campaign up and it has not been saved and asked me to start a new game..
