    I dont know what to do anymore. Yes i have restarted. I have terminated and repaired. At my installation queue, it perpetually says it is checking for updates. My computer was just updated and restarted. It only seems to be games within the xbox launcher. I can run everything from my steam library and epic games.

    Hello, thank you for responding. I tried as per your advice installing through MS store app. Nothing occured after doing so.

    I then tried running the cmd prompt, and then reopened the xbox app and i am still stuck with Stardew Valley at 2% downloaded and not progressing nor can i cancel it. it claims to be checking for updates and yet not doing much of anything. so it seems i cant simply just reinstall it, there seems to be some type of error in the download of stardew valley itself. it is stuck at 2% and i cant resume, pause or cancel it.

    This is really a problem because i have lots of games i now cant play. lots of money wasted until this is fixed.

    I followed all of those steps and am getting frustrated. I appreciate your assistance so far, but it seems that this issue isnt resolving.

    I repaired the MS store, Xbox app and Gaming Services. I opened up services and started the ones that were stopped. I restarted my computer. Stardew Valley is still stuck at 2%, i cannot resume it nor can i cancel it. I still can not run any of my games.

    Got it. Kindly try to repair/ Reset the MS store, Xbox app, and Gaming services. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

    After that, please check if all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

    Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).

    Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)

    Xbox Accessory Management Service

    Xbox Live Auth Manager

    Xbox Live Game Save

    Xbox Live Networking Service

    When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them. Restart your PC to make sure all changes are saved then try installing your games again.

    I am installing through game pass, though I also cannot run games i actually do own such as Deep Rock Galactic.

    I deleted the local cache and am now waiting for the library to return. currently there is nothing there.
