    like i said its stuck i cant do anything i tried wsreset.exe ive tried repairing restarting and uninstalling the app i hard restarted my computer and yet its still stuck at download at 0% and refuses to cancel download even after being left to sit for hours. how do i fix it?

    Hello Evariste,

    Nilay here and I'm glad to answer your query today.

    I'd recommend you uninstall the browser and reinstall it. If the browser is edge then please reset the edge browser from settings. Go to settings and open apps there. Reset edge from there.

    My Xbox one s is not letting me install or update minecraft.

    Small update: before I tried fixing this it was usually stuck at 0. Whatever number %, and I couldn't pause or cancel the update, I even tried uninstalling but it didn't work, and when I tried playing any games they'd sit on the main screen as if it were loading, then say it failed, and eventually I found my way here and I still have issues launching games, and before you ask I'm using a standard Xbox One.

    My Xbox one s is not letting me install or update minecraft.

    I have tried all 3 options above but still an issue.

    For me, the installation is stuck on 0% and I can’t cancel or pause it, nor can I update anything else. I can’t uninstall Minecraft either. Also, in storage setting, it states there is 0 saved data for Minecraft, I’m not sure if this is an issue. I have years of progress I don’t want to lose.

    Is there anything else to try?
