Tried to download some DLC in the sale, but it failed to download, and now I have to pay full ...

Hey there,

I tried to download the three single player DLC packs for Dragon Age Inquisition in the sale last weekend. Two of them downloaded, but the Trespasser DLC didn't. I have been told by support that it was because:

The transaction for this content did not go through as it has been declined. From what I can see here on my end. It says "Exceeded spending limits. Please wait a few days before attempting another purchase or use a gift card."

I didn't see any errors at the time, and didn't receive any emails or notifications that the payment had failed. Otherwise I would have tried to purchase the DLC again that week. However, now I am being told I have to pay full price for the DLC.

Is there anything that anyone can do to help me?

Game+Expansion Pass Issue

I recently purchased Witcher 3 plus the expansion pass when it went on sale and I have recently checked to see what I could download. Well it shows I have the game but the expansion pass nor the Hearts DLC show up. I did download all of the DLC just now
but for some reason I have to pay for the expansion pass again. Am I missing something?

Are they really trying to get more money out of me after I just bought the game+the expansion pass? Whenever I try to download the expansion pass or the Hearts DLC they want me to pay again. What gives?

 

Unable to install Adachi DLC for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

Yep I can't download Full Glasses, Full Colors, The free BGM #1, and the Update 1.30, Which I have had downloaded before, now I can't re-download them. Goes 1%, 0%, 1%, 0%, "Can't download -so and so content-" I had all this purchased and installed. I had
trouble with the full color pack, and I tried to delete all DLC in an attempt to make it work, but now I can't download the stuff I previously mentioned.

I totally can understand how that's a frustrating issue to experience. Unfortunately, we have no way of changing or altering prices so once a sale has concluded, we are unable to provide assistance.

Thanks for your reply! That's a shame. I understand what you're saying, but is there possibly an alternate solution? What if I were to buy the DLC at full price and then be offered a refund on the difference?

It's a disappointing, as if I was notified properly by the Xbox system that there was an error, I would have corrected it while the sale was on! However as it went, I was just left waiting wondering whether I had purchased the DLC or not!

You would have to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can issue a refund like that, but generally they don't issue partial refunds.
