    My fiance and I wanted to buy another realm so we could play together and we tried twice to get it to work, but it just wouldn't and i still got charged twice. I saw another post on here about something similar and checked my order history (on both of our accounts) and neither order shows up on either of our accounts. So do we actually have a realm and don't know it??

    Have you checked on the Minecraft website to see if the Realms subscription is showing there?

    If it is not, please wait a few hours. Sometimes orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed. Check your order history after 24 hours and see if still nothing appears there.

    If after 24 hours the purchase does not show there, which means the order did not go through, the money should be refunded back to you automatically within 24 hours.

    Check it out on My Profile (minecraft.net) If you've got Minecraft Realms it shows up there

    There is a free trial for Minecraft Realms when you first subscribed

    If you were charged twice, contact Minecraft Support (not Microsoft Support) to get your refund

    I got the exact same two error messages. I see the first message to this thread was posted on October 29th, 2018. It is now December10, 2018 and still no fix. I'm buying a Playstation.

    Use a different way to pay

    I'm having the same problem. Tried to buy Battlefield 4 and Lego Marvel and both of them threw up the "Use a different way..." message.

    Tried adding a different (new) card to my account and continued to have the same issue.

    It sounds like it's a systematic error instead of a user-created issue.
