In order to better judge your problem. If you don't connect to the TV, only use your pc, can your XCloud display and play normally?

In addition, XCloud games can also be played using the web version, you can try it by clicking the following link.

It's across all games including ones I've downloaded after the issue started. The reason I'm questioning the physical damage idea is that I don't have "lost connection" popping up on either monitor and the second one I tried went to a black screen when
the lack of connection screen is blue. The issue mirrors the wrong colour encoding issue so perfectly however I don't have the prompt for another option while running this monitor.

Yes I think I signed up for Xbox Insider but don't remember if it was before or after Xcloud stopped working for me. I did not try Xbox Cloud Gaming before Nov 2021 as I initially tried a trial month to play AoE 4 on game pass.

I have tried making a new account and adding my Xbox to it, but the Xbox app goes black after "Enable screen", and making a local account on my PC and neither helped.

I currently don't have access to a second PC to test BUT I did run a Vitrual Machine with Windows 10 on my current PC and through it I was able to use Xcloud and Remote Play. Based on that I'm fairly certain it would work on a different PC on the same network. The problem seems to be specifically my PC and the Xbox app.

I'm not using the app. I'm on Xcloud through Microsoft Edge browser on PC. Like I said the stream starts just fine and gets all the way to Xbox logo with sound but when the intro credits for the game is supposed to start it's a black screen then I get the message about them working on the problem. Games run just fine on my Iphone through the same service.

I tried all of this....you can see the Tivo during it's boot up then it alternates from a black screen and the lost hdmi connection screen on the XBOX one. Any other suggestions?
