Tried literally every method online but my GTA 5 disc still won't install?

Been having this problem for about 2 weeks now. Whenever I attempt to install GTA 5 onto my console, it stops at exactly 9.7% every time. I never uninstalled the game to begin with, it just forced a reinstallation process when I turned my xbox on one day. I've tried quite literally every troubleshooting method online and nothing has helped. Even went so far as to factory reset my xbox but it still did nothing to fix the problem. My disc is pristine, not a single scratch on it. Tried to download it offline but still the same thing happens. If anyone could tell me something I don't know here, it would be much appreciated. I'm not into buying a digital copy with a perfectly fine hard copy readily available.

May I know if you already tried installing the game using the Xbox mobile app?

Download and open the Xbox mobile app in your phone > if you never configured your console on it, please do it and select setup console > after that go to the search button > look for grand theft auto and select “download to console”

Finally select your console, and the download should start from there.
Once it ends, insert the disc and try opening the game

**Cancel all pending downloads and eject temporarily the disc

The only thing I probably won't like about GTA V is calling the online portion of it "Grand Theft Auto Online". Feels a bit retro.

It's a shame it's still happening on GTA online, it literally does happen in 99% of free roams! hopefully GTA 5 wont suffer the same fate after everything's died down online.

It's this "Check Disc Error"

I'm trying to install GTA 5 from a disc, I cleaned the disk a million times, I cleared the persistent storage twice, restarted the console I don't know how many times... And it still ain't working

I tried it with the console online, I tried it with it offline but still... What could be the problem?

Diablo 3, gta 5, and cod. The ones i have discs for that i used to play online. Alot of my single player games on disc install without a problem
