    Tried literally all troubleshooting and contacted my ISP and I still can't play on live.


    My xbox one s has been connected to the same internet since I got it MONTHS ago. But all of a sudden I cant access YouTube or play online games yet Netflix still works. Ive contacted both EA and Microsoft and Xbox Live and done every last troubleshooting
    possible and contacted my ISP and tried everything. I can't connect, I've even tried connecting at a friends house and the Xbox won't connect. This is unacceptable as I've been b.s'd and shoved around by customer service. The Xbox is faulty in someway that
    isn't allowing the console to connect properly and I need to exchange it for a new one as this is a manufacturing error and no one is helping me. Absolutely ridiculous. This has been ongoing for about a week now.

    Getting kicked from game, party and xbL.

    i keep getting kicked from game, party and xbl but only happens when i am in online game.tried all troubleshooting methods and contacted isp and still no answer.

    I've had the same error for three days now. I have tried literally everything, and have just tried to get in contact with my ISP, because I've exhausted everything I can do. I, according to speed.net have a download of 22.58mb/s and an upload of 11.58, so
    it can't be that. If I find an error on my ISP's side, I'll try to remember to post about it back here. For anyone else suffering from this problem, try all the other troubleshooting crap, then contact your ISP.
