Tried everything - Xbox still turns on to a troubleshooting screen

As of late I've had issues loading into online games on my Xbox, but it was just today when I turned on my Xbox One that I was met with the troubleshooting screen. At the bottom of the screen it says: E102 10070C02 8B060008

I came across a thread with multiple solutions, which included turning it off and back on again (tried and failed), soft resetting (tried and failed), troubleshooting (tried and failed), and factory resetting (tried and failed).

This has happened once before, but factory resetting worked that time.

I've gone through other threads on this platform looking for solutions, but all of them say the same thing as the first thread I read.

The error you are receiving is a system error and this could indicate a hardware issue. A hardware issue is defined by the system’s inability to process critical functions and results in a failure.

Getting an error E102 would mean that you need to restore your console to factory defaults. Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games (that haven’t been synced to the cloud), and settings. As per your description that you have already tried resetting your console to factory default and the error still persists. In this case, your console needs to be repaired. See the link below:

I'm having this issue too, I tried troubleshooting the Xbox but that just made everything like Xbox 360 graphics. After troubleshooting I still have a black screen. Please fix this : (

If you already tried to bring the troubleshooting screen by pressing the eject and bind button but still cannot do it, I would recommend checking your connections, see: Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox is on | Xbox Support
