Tried clearing cache etc etc my games dont work still

Created new wireless network still having issues

no i havent, i have tried clearing cache, clearing some other market place data, etc etc, and still nothing. just dont understand while every other device in my house had no issues connecting, the xbox does, now i just got the code 807B01F4...

Same problem tried all the app diagnostics, clearing cache, etc. Still no download!!

Im having slight same problem my xbox freezes or crashes when i start the game digital or hard copies what can i do other than hard reset my console to delete mi cache or factory reset cause none of it works so far

 

And im having this problem since four days ago
