    I WANT ANSWERS TO WHY I CAN'T PLAY ONLINE EVEN THOUGH I JUST REDEEMED A 2 DAY FREE TRIAL!!!!! ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO PLAY FORTNITE WITH MY FRIEND AND NOW I CAN'T BECAUSE YOU SCREWED ME OUT OF 2 DAYS WORTH OF GOLD!!!!

    I would like an apology and/or a free 2 day sub. BTW sorry for yelling at u, I'm just really annoyed that I can't play with my friend. We can work it out, right? reply ASAP!

    They both were 14 day trials, i used it right after the 1st one expired, so i guess im screwed?

    Tenure Number next to my name on XBox Profile disappeared after Gold lapsed and was renewed.

    Well that blows. This Halo 4 trial sure screwed me over.

    I wish they would update stuff...I will be calling to complain and will find someone that can update my tenure today. This is infuriating.

    Trials do not change your account status to gold and only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer. They do not work with all games or game modes.

    they are shown as gold members but they ALL already had 1 month and 3 months so if on the 25th of this month when the 1 months trial wer due to expire they get knocked down to silver i know microsoft will have screwed me out of £69.99
