Trials Fusion Backwards Compatibility

I had purchased Trials HD and Trials Fusion for the Xbox 360 back in the day. However, both did not transfer over to the Xbox One. Trials HD transferred over but Trials Fusion did not. It seems a little unfair to me that I would be forced to purchase the
same exact game again. I am trying to get in touch with someone who would be able to generate a code for me to get this game back. I really hope that someone contacts me about this. I really miss playing this game.

Fusion Frenzy is not in the
list to use it on Xbox One. There is, however, a
request where you can also vote. Maybe in the future we'll see it in X1...

Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

Hello 2 days ago and now i can't buy game with backward compatibility on xbox one s, i have 1 month trial gold, i read on some forum that becouse of that i have trial Gold i can't buy games with backward compatibility, is that true or this is other problem?

The ability to upgrade from the 360 to One is down the publishers. Not all games have an upgrade offer available and since the game is available on both consoles, it's highly unlikely it will become backwards compatible. You would have to purchase it again
if you want to play it on the One.

Backwards compatibility allows you to download the Xbox 360 version of a game onto your Xbox One, but as Genesis says the Xbox One version of the game is an entirely separate title so you would need to repurchase it if you wish to play on Xbox One.

Some publishers will offer upgrade discounts, for moving from the Xbox 360 to Xbox One versions of a game, but these are determined by the publishers and there is not, unfortunately, one for Trials Fusion.

The backwards compatibility program has ended with a final batch last fall as they have reached the end of titles that do not have resolveable legal or technical issues

Fusion Frenzy has been BC for several years
