I downloaded the madden trial the night of its release and played around with the skills challenge and also played 2 quarters of a game. all in all i burned 2 hours max playing. so when i get back on tonight, the trial tells me that i only have less than
15 minutes remaining in my trial but i know for a full blown fact nobody has played on my account because no one is at my house. so i was trying to see is there an issue with the trials im not aware of or something because i know i didnt play 8 hours of madden

EA Access Madden 17 trial

I was only able to play Madden 17 for roughly 2 hours of my 10 hour trial.

I have a game disk that Ive installed but it wont let me play it.

So recently ive bought Madden 18 (disk), and it worked for a while. Now everytime i try to play the game it says my account trial expired. I downloaded and played the game using the same account. Helpp????

When you stopped playing did you actually hit Menu and Quit the game? If not and your console is on Instant On, the time will keep running.

Same thing happened to me. This is outrageous. It even says in my Game Hub that I have played 8 hours and 6 mins which I havent done that either but id rather have 2 hours rather than zero.

I've checked the sharing of IP BT says it's minimal and not the issue.

Last night I got the message unable to connect to DHCP.

I've open my NAT type to 'open' within an hour it changes itself back to moderate. I've set the DMZ to Xbox live and the correct system and yet I'm still the only one playing who keeps getting the message unable to connect to Xbox server and kicking me out
of the game. It's getting beyond a joke it's literally 2/3 times an hour that I'm getting kicked midway through a game.

Yeah, i'm having the same issue. EA Help had me restarting the game, deleting the game and re downloading it, clearing my MAC address, deleting and re downloading the App, so on and so on. they had me doing it so many times, I have lost an hour on the
trial. smh and it's only madden 19, I can play all the other trials on access
