    Have you tried a hard reset? All you have to do is hold the power button on the console (it should only take about 10 seconds). After that, turn the console back on and see if your trending section has updated.

    You could also try signing out / adding and removing your profile.

    I don't mean to be rude... but what do you mean? Xbox Live freezes? The clips and screenshots freeze? Your clips and screenshots are not popular?

    Can you please explain in a little more detail as to what you mean.
