having the same issue where nothing is changing, I tried changing my menu colour and then pfp then when I saved only the colour changed while usually the pfp changes. For me at least the pfp changes nearly instantly after saving it but usually only others get to see it when it's fully gone through the system.

So, the only way to be able to get a custom pfp is to get on my hands and knees and beg for Microsoft to allow people under 18 to have custom pfps? Also, dang you're fast.

Doc in regards to the transparent tiles, as part of the preview program I was asked if a setting of transparency from 1- 10 would be a good feature. From that I'm expecting that the level of transparency will be adjustable soon in a future update,

Certain colours like grey look more transparent at the moment. Try that.
