자녀 계정 아이핀 인증 오류[Translation-Child Account Eyepin Authentication Error]

부모 계 은 아이핀 인증을 하여 엑스박스 같은 서비스가 사용이 가능한데 자녀계 이 사용을 수 없어 자녀동의를 하였는데 아이핀 인증을 다시 하는 창에서 오류가 계속 생기네요. 이미 아이핀을 인증한 계 으로 자녀동의를 면 꼭 자녀 동의 창에서 아이핀 인증을 해야되나요?

가족원 추가로도 해봤는데 초대는 가지만 초대를 받을 면 계 에 로그인을 하여야 되는데 로그인이 안되서 불가능하네요.

찾아보니까 이문 가 2019 3월 쯤부터 있던것 같은데 원래 이거 하나 처리하는데 이 게 오래 걸리나요? 그냥 사소한 문 이면 몰라도 14세 미만 아이들의 가입을 완 히 막아둔것인데 원래 마이크로 소프트 일 이따구로 하나요?

[Translation-The parent account is ipin certified and the service like Xbox is available, but the child's account cannot be used, so i tried to consent to the child, but the error continues to occur in the window of re-identifying the aipin authentication.
Do I need to verify eifin in the child consent window to consent to an account that has already been certified?

I've also tried extra family members, but i have to log in to my account to get an invitation, but i can't log in.

I think it's been around March 2019, but does it take so long to get one out? I don't know if it's just a minor problem, but i've completely blocked children under the age of 14 from joining, and i'm going to do it because I'm originally a Microsoft
job.]

Thanks for coming to the forums. What device are you trying to verify on? If on PC can you try a different browser. If on your phone try a PC as there been issues with verifying from a phone. Here is also a guide for

verify security information. If continue to have issues we suggest to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Forums with this question. In this case I would really try out different web browsers to see if this would change anything, clearing browser history, cookies and website data as well see if this has any effect on it.
