transferring xbox game pass ultimate to another account

i got a gift card for some game pass ultimate but ended up using it on the wrong account and now it has basically gone to waste so is there any possibility to have it transfered to a another microsoft account??

If your trying to transfer game pass to another account you can go to settings, personation, my home Xbox and you can set your console as your home Xbox which will allow your other account to use game pass as long as its on the same Xbox

So your saying if I make this one console my home Xbox then my other account will let me have game pass ultimate and cloud game?

It's non-transferable unfortunately. If you only just bought it, maybe you could contact support and try and get a refund, then buy it again on the preferred account. I'm not saying they will definitely do that for you, but it's worth a try.

If you're stuck with it on that account and you only use 1 console, just make that console that account's home Xbox, then almost all of the Ultimate benefits are shared with anyone else who uses the console, minus being able to redeem GWG and perks.

Which means can we take it off that account and put it on a different one

They would have access to the games and Gold from the subscription, but cloud gaming would only work on the account that purchased the subscription.
