    You can license transfer every 4 months Transferring my games to a new account ;)

    It seems you will just have to wait out the suspension. Things can't be transferred between accounts. Only certain things can be shared. Such as using a primary account to download DLC and having other accounts on your xbox play it. As for a season pass
    though you won't be able to do anything about it.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you're on the One, as long as you leave the console as your 1st account's Home console, you can still access your content on the new account.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you're on the One, as long as you leave the console as your 1st account's Home console, you can still access your content on the new account.
