Transferring downloaded games to different accounts over regions

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if I was to purchase a game from the Xbox Live Marketplace (e.g. Mortal Kombat) when my region was set to United States, would I then be able to play the same game if I transferred that game to another account and changed my region
to Australia? And also how would I transfer the game? Is that possible? Thanks.

Why not go to the store and see if you can download something? Seems like a simple way to answer your question.

Okay so account transfer people will be able to download the game on the 8th.

 

You cannot transfer content to other accounts. It is not possible.

 

So there's no way to move my game saves over to another xbox live account?

 

There are a few games that will transfer saves but doing so will disable the ability to earn achievements for the game. It is a very small number of games that allow this. The OP was discussing the transfer of actual games though and that can not happen.
