Transferring dlc China rising from 360 to X box one

    I bought bf4 for X box one and can't get the china rising dlc to transfer that came with the 360 version

    Hey Russ,

    I presume you originally bought BF4 on Xbox 360 and then upgraded it to Xbox One using your China Rising code on the 360.

    If this is the case you will need to contact EA support (I recommend live chat as phone charges are insane) and advise them of this, they will ask for proof that you own the China Rising DLC on Xbox 360, which you can printscreen your account at xbox.com
    (previous downloads) showing so.

    A friend who had the exact same problem did this and they sent him a new China Rising DLC code for Xbox One, unfortunately it appears DLC does not port over from 360 to Xbox One automatically.

    DLC won't transfer, anything that's for the Xbox 360 is exclusively for the Xbox 360. The Xbox One version of the game will come with it's own separate preorder code for China Rising DLC.
