    Transferring Character Save Data (Sea of Thieves PC)


    I have two accounts seemingly under one email on my pc. Is there any way for me to transfer my save data from my new account that I have made to my old account that I have just recovered? I would hate to lose the progress and money spent on the game.

    Hi beastboss11,

    I am pretty sure with Sea of Thieves your progress is stored in the cloud. So it is as simple as just signing into your Xbox One S with your username and loading Sea of Thieves up once it has been downloaded. On first load, your save data should sync with
    the game.

    If you are talking about transferring from one gamertag account to a different Gamertag account, that is not possible as far as I am aware.

    On your PC are you signing in with the same account that you use on the Xbox? I have no issues with Sea of Thieves syncing data between console and PC. Same account though.

    Ashbeard is a login issue.

    Please, on your PS5, delete the Sea of Thieves local save data, this will enable you to link the account again via the QR Code.

    Follow these steps:

    On your PS5, Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. Select Saved Data (PS5)

    Select Console Storage and select Sea of Thieves > Delete.

    Once deleted, launch the game again and do the linking process one more time.

    If you still have issues, please, submit a ticket with Sea of Thieves Support:
