Transferring all my profile from xbox one to my new xbox one x

Thats pretty easy if you know all the information to those accounts.

Once your Xbox One X has been turned on and is on the home screen you push the white xbox button on the controller. Xbox will then ask you to (Sign in) by choosing a profile selection. At this point you dont have any because you haven't downloaded any of
your files yet so you highlight and click A on (+ Add new) where it will prompt you to enter any or all the info linked to those accounts. Can be annoying but necessary to keep your accounts safe.

Just download the account associated with each xbox live profile in the new console

I been saying I haven't been on Xbox Live at all I got no liscenes to transfer. What I'm wondering is to transfer saved data and profiles from my old Xbox to the new one would I need to start it up first and make a profile then and THEN transfer all that
data and then delete it or save it for later. My main profile that I use that has all my achievements unlocked isn't on my new one at all. The new one has yet to even be plugged in. This account I made for the forums is so I could ask questions after that
I will sign in on XBL with the e-mail I used for this one as it is the only one I use. I repeat I do NOT have another XBL account. This deals with stuff on the Xbox itself not a XBL account. I never been on XBL officially a day in my life yet.

I had an old xbox one, and my gta from compatible for that console, 2 days ago i buy the new console XBOX SERIES X, but when i tried to transfer the account from the XBOX ONE to the new SERIES X, it show me that it doesnt let me do it. So i was thinking maybe is because open in the old console, but it was already deleted it all the information from the previous one, and for the new one i had both games, the old one and the new one. Can i maybe know what i have to do, thats kinda frustating.

What is the exact error message you are getting when you try to do the transfer?
