    Goodmorning Microsoft team!!! I have a son and a daughter and my son wants an xbox one but I dont have the money because of corona virus taking my job. I have been using Microsoft points for a while now on my primary and secondary accounts and I wanted
    to cash in all of my points to my primary account so It can help get the xbox one for him. Please tell me that this is possible because I want to get it for him for Christmas. I've tried giving myself 5k points every month but it will never be enough in time
    for black friday. Please help me and thank you for listening.

    Apparently you can't do this, as it would be a way of by-passing the expiry date on gift balances. ☹

    I'm sorry... I just can can't see a way for you to get this done in time.

    I'm just trying to find out if you can buy gift cards with account balance. For instance, if you redeem the rewards on your other account and then buy a gift card using credit, you can then redeem that gift card on your other account.

    Make sense? ... but I'm just trying to find out if this can be done...

    Oh, I never knew that!

    Just found this in FAQ:

    • Are there limits to how many points I can give to a family member or receive?

    • At the moment a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. Level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time

    Sorry. Not sure there is anything you can do about it. Is there a reason you can't cash them in on the other account?
