    Hi, I am planning on buying the the next gen console soon but I don't want to lose all my games and data that I paid/worked for. How do I transfer over all my games so that I still have all my progress?

    Sign into the new console with the same account you've been using. If you're currently using an Xbox One, your saves are stored on the cloud and will resync when you start a game on the new console. You can either redownload the games when you get the new console, transfer them via network transfer, or if you have them on an external hard drive, you can plug the hard drive into the new console.

    If you're still using a 360, you would need to enable cloud storage and make sure you have the saves you want on the cloud. You would then redownload the games you own digitally on the new console.

    Once you transfer your game data to next gen you can switch between the two consoles and continue your rank. but not sure for how long this will continue for.

    New Gen Gamerscore Transfer

    In my opinion there some be NO transfer of gamerscore over to the next gen console.

    Pretty sure they will transfer the gamerscore due to Windows Live games using the same scoring system as the 360.

    Yes it will transfer over to next gen.
