    Hello,

    I accidentally added a gift card to my son's account. I contacted support and they said they were unable to transfer it to my account. Other companies - Apple - don't seem to have this issue. What gives Microsoft? Why is this such an issue. I verified both accounts in the chat and the rep said he saw that I recently added a 25 dollar gift card.

    Also, why doesn't my sons account get access to my xbox game pass ultimate subscription to purchase game add ons at a discount? He can download games from game pass on the xbox but if he wants to get an add on he is told to either subscribe to xbox game pass or purchase it at full price. Family members should be able to use the subscription to get the add ons at a discount.

    The gift card would be automatically deposited into your account. There is currently no way to transfer a gift card to another account through Rewards.

    Hi,

    Xbox Gift Cards only work for the region they are purchased for. Therefore a UK £5.00 card will not work in the U.S. You would need send them the money via PayPal or a bank transfer and then they can buy a gift card in their own region.

    Fortnite gift cards are under epic games. Unless you bought a xbox branded gift card and it is not epic games then you may not be able to use it unless you install the (epicgameslauncher) note that if you bought vbucks it will transfer to your xbox fortnite
