    I understand you need help in transferring your data from steam.

    I believe the data from both gaming apps are actually different and they have their own versions to it. Unfortunately, it cannot be done. This was also being explained on this thread here:

    Hello, if you buy a game from Steam you can't transfer it to another system. If you bought it recently, you can try asking for a refund and then buy Subnautica on your Xbox.

    Saves don't transfer to the Steam version of the game. You'd have to buy it from Microsoft to keep your progress.

    a good few games saves can be transferred from gamepass to steam easily, some require a third party app to convert the saves, but yes can be done, i transferred a bunch a while ago as my main platform is steam, i also transferred saves between GOG, EA, Ubisoft and Battlenet. Epic hardly needed anything done as a lot of the games on epic are actually steam games (lol).

    Some saves can also be transferred to gamepass games quite easily.
